When UPS or USPS picks up the package it takes a while for the package to arrive at the local warehouse. Then it must be sorted and scanned, where it will arrive in the online database. Be sure to check out your Order History and retry the tracking number in a few hours. Orders placed before 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day. We do not ship on observed national Holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. Items are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders may be delayed when combining items that are "not" marked as Same Day Shipping with items that are marked as Same Day Shipping.
