OMG!! That is all I can say. I ordered this wig on a Friday afternoon, standard shipping. It was at my house Sunday morning. The packaging and presentation is better than some human hair wigs. The wig it's self is absolutely gorgeous before cutting off the lace, or starting to customize. I recently ordered a very expensive human closure wig that is supposed to be delivered this week. That is going in the closet. I actually ordered this wig again in a number 2. This will be my summer 2023 wig. FIRE!!!! Outre, do not. I repeat, do not change this wig.
