Outre Synthetic Lace Front Batik Peruvian Wig Review:

Let me just say that I HATE HATE HATE this wig. I purchase wigs as "daily wears" when I'm protecting my natural hair. I loved the curl pattern in the picture and wanted something that looked similar to the Model Model Long Secret but had a full lace front (not just the part) for easier blending. But this is not it....

First off, I've been trying my hardest with this wig for the past 4 months and every time I think I might be able to make it work, I just get frustrated and put her away for another few weeks until I forget how much I hate her then pull her back out to start the process all over again.

This wig has a horrible cut. I am 5' 2.5" tall and this wig comes down to my lower back, But the top layers are far too short for a wig of that length. So, I cut it. But that did not help, because those top layers are the length you would have only if you were rocking shoulder length natural hair.

The curl texture on the the lace does not match the texture on the tracks. It's far off. And since those top layers are so short they don't blend into the rest of the wig and just flop in your face.

This wig tangles like nobody's business. It's ridiculous.

This wig sheds like no tomorrow. Also ridiculous.

Outre has this problem (I know, because I've experienced this on 3 Outre wigs to date.) where they stack all the layers of tracks into the very bottom back of the wig. This makes the wig look very unrealistic because it is thinner/more natural looking through out then BAM extra hair for no reason. (I generally thin out my wigs for a more natural look anyways, so it hasn't been too much of a problem until now, because this wig TANGLES and getting through the tracks to thin it out is frustrating.)

Same thing with the lace around the edges. Do they not know what a natural hair line is? Outre crammed as much hair as possible onto those lace edges, making it way too thick with even more floppy, weirdly cut and weirdly textured hair falling into your face.

The lace on this wig is HARD. I am constantly worried about it damaging my hair line. In fact, I'm pretty sure it has cause breakage.

Long story short: If you want a wig to look good for any extended period of time over just a couple of days... Do NOT buy this wig.

If you want a wig just to wear once to go to a party or event... Do NOT buy this wig.

If you want to waste your $25 (or whatever reduced price this wig is going for at the moment)... Go ahead and buy this wig... Or better yet just throw your money in the trash right now and save yourself the shipping fees and time...

Just one person's honest opinion...
