Beautiful, until...

When I first installed this hair, it was BEAUTIFUL, received loads of compliments. But after a few days, this hair started tangling. And I mean bad. I didn't even put any products in it. When it began tangling AND matting, I sprayed it with water and conditioner to detangle. It would go back to being soft but not for long. Huge disappointment. It was TERRIBLE
