I really wanted to love this hair

After reading nothing but positive reviews on this hair, I decided to get it for myself. I regret it. I've had it in 5 days and I'm starting to break out, not to mention installation was a pain because the hair kept tangling. I did separate the hair so I'm not sure if that's why it tangled. I love the curl pattern and the color but it just wasn't for me.
