worse decision to buy this hair ever. This hair is not 12", It is as if you combed your hair and sold the hair that is in the comb. i expected it to be long 12'pieces instead it was a bunch of hair in a ball, it was difficult trying to put the hair into one piece to do a braid. I am soooooo unhappy with this purchase and the return policy is that they take 20%, I am livid right now
