* You are eligible for a price-match if your request meets the following requirements:
-The competitor must be an authorized retailer advertising the identical product.
-The item(s) and color(s) must be available to purchase at the competitor's website.
-The competitor must not be wholesale nor there must not be a minimum quantity requirement.
-The product must be available to purchase at the competitor's website.
-The product must have the authorized price and it must be advertised on their website, not by email or written price quotes.
-Price match requests for an item you have already purchased must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date
of purchase at Wigtypes.com.
-Since WigTypes.com only sells unopened items shipped directly from the manufacturer, we will not match competitors'
bonus or free offers, special offers, rebates, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned,
open box or display merchandise.
-Price Match cannot be combined with any other coupons and/or offers.
-We do not match prices with following websites: ebay.com, ubid.com, amazon.com, clairhair.com and any other auctions sites.

We reserve the right not to do price match with certain websites. For your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our Web site and updated in real-time. Prices are non-negotiable.
We are unable to modify orders once they are placed. However you may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please contact us immediately via email at Help@wigtypes.com. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund. Orders with a tracking number are considered shipped and cannot be cancelled
At this time we do not offer bulk discount rates.


We needed to implement the strictest security standards on our website due to an overwhelming amount of fraudulent activity. The billing information input on our site needs to match exactly what your credit card company has on file. Any dots, dashes or abbreviations can make the address mismatch. Easiest way to determine what they have on file is to look at your statement. If the problem keeps occurring we suggest using PayPal as a form of payment as this is not something we can override manually.

In this case, the Bank will show a status as pending since it was an attempted purchase but the money was NOT taken from the your account. This pending transaction typically falls off within 2-3 business days. If it has not fallen off after this time please contact your bank as they will have to clear the pending charge.

At this time Money Orders are not an acceptable form of payment.


We gladly accept returns on all eligible products (see below). We do not sell refurbished or previously owned products, therefore, in order to return these products to the manufacturer, minimum 20% restocking fee will be applied for all returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Once the restocking fee is applied to the item value, any balance remaining will be refunded to the credit card submitted with your original order within 5 business days of receipt.

Wigtypes.com processes your order electronically, therefore, your order may be processed when you 'complete purchase'. We will make every effort to stop the processing of your order if it has not shipped. Please contact us immediately via email at Help@wigtypes.com

Your order must be confirmed by Customer Service that it has not shipped from our warehouse. Once confirmed, you will be issued a refund. Orders with a tracking number are considered shipped and cannot be cancelled.

First, verify that you've received a box for each tracking number associated with your order. If all boxes have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing material for small items.

Tracking & Shipping

Orders placed before 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Monday - Friday) will ship the same business day. We do not ship on observed national Holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day.

Items are subject to availability and are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders may be delayed when combining items that are "not" marked as Same Day Shipping with items that are marked as Same Day Shipping.

When UPS or USPS picks up the package it takes a while for the package to arrive at the local warehouse. Then it must be sorted and scanned, where it will arrive in the online database.

Be sure to check out your Order History and retry the tracking number in a few hours. If your tracking number still isn't working within 24 hours, contact us via Chat or email us at Help@wigtypes.com and one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will be happy to help you

Shipping costs all depend on the amount, and weight of items you are purchasing. You can add items to your cart and proceed to check out to see what the possible charges and options may be. Orders over 69.99 ship free to the lower 48 states.
